Your Trees can be milled - upcycle your timber!

Enjoy your beautiful timber even when you have had to remove the tree for one reason or another. Many customers ask for their trees to be removed and don’t realise that you can also have your fallen timber milled into amazingly beautiful slabs that can be used for a variety of projects around your property.

Do you need Mulch?

Don’t forget that after we remove any trees or trim large limbs, T and M Tree Services have all of the machinery and equipment to then mill and / or mulch your debris. Recycling all of that wonderful natural waste into fertiliser for the rest of your garden. We offer on-site mulching for removals or any other purpose. Residential and bulk mulch sales are also available. Recently a test was held by Sustainable Gardening Australia which discussed the water retention of a variety of different sized mulch. The test was conducted to decide if finer or course mulch absorbed more water, therefore not allowing the moisture to move through the mulch and into the soil below. The outcome proved that more course mulch absorbed less water as it passed through onto the soil. This result suggests that the medium to course mulch is more effective for allowing a higher percentage of water to pass through and then the mulch helps to trap that moisture in the soil. Perfect – we can supply you with this mulch made from your very own trees!

Commercial and Institutional Tree Services

This work requires a slightly different approach to residential tree services. It is often more complicated with more activity on the site that needs to be worked around. To start with, we are often on site at the crack of dawn. We can spend the first couple of hours checking and planning on site to be certain that all Work Health and Safety procedures are in place. As soon as 7am arrives, we are ready for action. Our commercial customers include Child Care Centres, Retirement Villages and Industrial Land Maintenance & Clearing for Developers.
