No one said this hobby or lifestyle is cheap. Below are the products I use to help support my tropicals throughout the year and my application rates. Use your own judgement to determine what you need for your trees.
Reduce alkalinity
*VPG Fertilome Soil Acidifier – Dissolve 2 tablespoons per 1 gallon of water along with your liquid fertilizer and apply to soil around tree and/or use in a foliar application
*Tiger 90CR sulphur fertilizer (0-0-0-90) – Apply 4 times a year to soil at a rate of 1 tablespoon per square foot
Liquid Fertilizer (NPK)
*Alaska Fish Emulsion Fertilizer 5-1-1 Concentrate – Dissolve 2 tablespoons per 1 gallon of water and apply to soil around tree and/or use in a foliar application when not in bloom every 6-8 weeks or as needed
*Alaska Morbloom Fertilizer Natural Concentrate 0-10-10 – Dissolve 2 tablespoons per 1 gallon of water and apply to soil around tree and/or use in a foliar application when in bloom
Other Important Micro Nutrients
*EDDHA Iron Chelate – Dissolve 1 teaspoon per 1 gallon of water and apply to soil around tree and/or use in a foliar application 2 x per year or as needed
*Chelated Manganese EDTA – Dissolve 2 tablespoons per 1 gallon of water and apply to soil around tree and/or use in a foliar application 3 x per year or as needed. You can also use in a foliar application.
Boosters
*SUPERthrive Plant Vitamin Solution – Dissolve 1 teaspoon per 1 gallon of water and apply to soil around tree and/or use in a foliar application when feeding
*Myco+ or similar root inoculant – Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water and apply annually at base of tree to inoculate soil
Foilar Food Wetting Agent
*Yucca Wet Organic wetting Agent and surfactant Concentrate – Dissolve 2 tsp per gallon of water/liquid
Disease
*Bonide 811 Copper 4E Fungicide – Dissolve 1 tablespoon per 1 gallon of water and spray on foliage as a preventative once a year or as needed
Hose Filter – Removes Chlorine, Chloramines, VOCs, & Pesticides/Herbicides
